She nodded. "I hate being an actress. WEll, for movies and crap. I like acrobatics. They're so much more fun."

"The Spirit of the Stage. I'm chosen for the stage...or at least I was until I got zapped here..."

She shook her head. "It's because he needs to qualify the people. But I can show you." She took two DVDs out of her backpack.

"These aren't as good as the real things, but I wasn't able to see the real thing since they happened way before I was born." She popped one into the player. It was the Mystical Act. It showed Sora and Layla swinging on trapeze, high above the stage. It was night and so it seemed they were flying almost. They let go of the trapeze and flew at each other, their right hands coming together. They spiraled and swirled around each other. They didn't sink down toward the stage, they actually rose higher and higher. THey stayed like that for several minutes until they pushed apart, Layla visibly wincing. They grabbed their respective trapeze and the show ended. "That was the Mystical Act, more commonly known as the Legendary Great Maneuver. Fool has to qualify both participants for it. You see how dangerous it is, being so high, having no lifelines or no net. They're the only two people to have completed it," Suki said. "All of the others died."

"The main part of the maneuver is to not be afraid of death."

She pulled the other DVD out and popped the other one in. Sora was performing with Leon Oswald instead of Layla because of the injury Layla had sustained which had forced her to retire from the Kaleido Stage. It started off with Leon lightly lifting into the air, seeming to be almost effortless. Sora rose into the air in this pose. Behind her, the sun began to rise and this happened. This trapeze setup lowered and she began to bounce around on the different trapeze, performing all sorts of poses and tricks. At one point, Leon landed on a trapeze and Sora delicately bounced off of the back of his ankles, looking like this. About halfway through the maneuver, other performers, some from the audience, came onto the stage and began performing. Though there was absolutely no directing, everything seemed to fit with everything else. Even though it wasn't live, one could feel the absolute conflict-free air the act exuded.

"I got to do the second one, though mine was much different." She sighed happily at the memory. "The conflict free stage was absolutely amazing..."

She grabbed the trapeze and inspected the spinner on it. She smiled and grabbed on, then began to swing back and forth, spinning as well. Her speed increased tremendously as she continued to swing back and forth. From the speed, one would think she would get dizzy, but she was far from. She eventually let go and did about four flips before posing with her arms out wide and legs together, looking almost like a phoenix rising from the ashes. She seemed she would fall short of the other trapeze, but she flipped one more time before hooking her foot onto it and flipping so she was sitting on it.
