More info to come as time passes
Okay, after discussion, UG, Zappy and I have decided to implement a new system.
This isn't too terribly radical, but it's different.
It's a system of credits. Credits are just basically money that expands over your whole account. They can be used for OOC or IC things, such as evolution items or other things.
The main thing, though, is that this ties in with capturing/befriending legendaries.
At 650 credits, you can go to a shop (which I'll figure out later) and buy a tablet that will attract a legendary to you so you can battle it. These can be done with a staff member or as a solo RP. If it's done as a solo RP, it has to be well-written, a decent length (at least 1500 words) along with a good understanding of grammar.
If it doesn't meet these quota, you can try again. The word limit is a bit lenient. If it's about 200 words shy, but the writing quality is good, it'll go into consideration. Just try not to be too shy.
This does not go for any characters that were established before these new rules. A legendary may be used in an RP if it's to save something or anything else someone can think of, but it may not join the team unless captured.
Credits will also be given out at the end of each thread. If two or more members participate in a thread, they get the same amount of credits. For a solo RP, the writer gets all credits.
Criteria for threads:
Quality or Written Skill: (20 points) This encompasses the quality of all the posts. The more descriptive they are, the better a score they will get.
Originality: (15 points) How original the thread/solo RP is. Pretty self explanatory.
Quantity: (10 points) Length of the thread and the posts. Shorter posts and threads get lower ratings.
Grammar: (5 points) Self explanatory.
