Member claimed: Nile (as claimed back on TL1)
Personality: Usually, Nile is a very kind, sweet lady. However, if you manage to tick her off, don't expect to walk away from her without the scare of your life. She doesn't like to place curses, but will if she absolutely must. Most often, she appears just when someone is in need of comfort. Much like Fele, it makes her happy to see others happy, but it goes beyond that. She can't stand to see others upset and can even feel their pain. Not only does it hurt her to see someone in pain, but if she finds she's unable to help, she has a bad habit of blaming herself for it and has been known to disappear for days to weeks in such a situation. She's never given anything less than 100% in anything she's done. She loves to make sure everything she does is perfect. Her normally gentle nature brings peace to those around her.
Roleplay example:
A young girl sat in the park, tears streaming down her face. "What's wrong?" a soothing voice asked as Nile appeared beside her in her human form. The girl continued to sob. "Please, I want to help you, but you have to let me know what's wrong." Upo hearing her the second time, the girl looked up.
"I have no idea where my brother's gone. He left in the middle of the night and now I'm out looking for him. He left 3 days ago."
"Let me help you," Nile said, offering her hand to the girl. "I'm sure together, we can find him." The girl nodded and took Nile's hand. The two of them then teleported to the tall grass, where her brother was resting. When he saw Nile with his sister, he jumped up and ran to tackle her, always one to defend his sister.
"Get away from her!" he shouted as he knocked Nile over.
"I brought her here to find you," Nile said, trying to keep calm. "I don't want any trouble."
"You asked for trouble when you went after my sister!"
"I just told you, I only brought her here. Nothing more. If that's all, I'll be on my w-" As she was about to finish, the boy had thrown a rock at her, hitting her right in the head. He still assumed she was going to hurt his sister. "Little boy, you just made the worst mistake of your life!" As she raised her voice, it began to echo and the skies began to darken. Lightning and thunder crashed between the clouds and a powerful wind began to blow.
"W-wait, I'm sorry," the boy pleaded, falling on his hands and knees.
"You should have thought about that before you attacked me," Nile said. "My curse will subject you to a lifetime of torture." She approached the shaking boy and simply whapped him in the forehead with her hand, then began to giggle. "Maybe that will teach you not to judge people so quickly. I could have cursed you for life, but I decided scaring you silly worked too." With that she stepped back and vanished.
Why I should let you have them: Other than the fact I claimed her back on TL1, we've been friends for quite some time. I've had experience playing diving figures before. This time, it won't get so out of hand. Not like it did with Mithos back then. This time, it'll be more contained.
