Enna sat on a rock, her Delcatty and Luxray sitting on either side of her. Her black hair shone in the pink morning light as the two cats yawned. Enna smiled as she looked up, hand extended toward the for the last star in the sky.

Alex walked through the tall grass of the plains, her legs a little itchy, as the violet skirt she wore barely reached below her knees. But oh well, she could be worse off, like the poor Pokemon that was scampering next to her. The Growlithe, who was named Mufasa, was covered completely by grass, snapping at it so he didn't have to deal with as much of the itchiness. She looked down at him and patted his head, then stretched and looked up at the early morning sun, deciding that it had been a good idea to start early that. Stretching again, she looked around the plains, blinking when she saw the girl sitting on the rock a little ways away from her.

Enna closed her eyes and hooked her hair behind her ears again. A gentle smile spread across her face as Haro, her Luxray, rested his head on one leg, Nara's head on the other. She chuckled and scratched each of them behind the ears. Haro's ears pricked toward where Alex was walking from and he growled, laying his ears back.

Alex jumped when Haro began to growl at her. It wasn't a particularly nice sound, nor an inviting one. Zippo looked up through the grass and growled back at the Luxray, rather headstrong. Alex placed a hand on his head to inform him that it probably wasn't a good idea to attack the bigger Pokemon. She raised her free hand into the air to show that she wasn't a threat and smiled at the Luxray. "Hi," she said cheerfully, giving a wave with the hand that had previously rested on the head of Zippo.

He growled lower and Enna put her hand on his head. "Hush," she said quietly and he fell silent, though his ears remained against his skull. "Sorry about him. He's protected me since I was little."
